SingMates workplace choir programs focus on the wellbeing of your people.
Tailored to the needs of your team, programs can last for a few hours, a day, or a number of weeks and months leading to a performance / event or other form of conclusion.
Ongoing SingMates Workplace Choir for Employee Engagement
We help you set up and run a wellbeing choir in your company or organization. It could be part of your wellbeing in the workplace program.
Singers come together regularly, for example once a week and sing songs, develop good singing technique, stretch and relax their bodies, meet new people and make friends. They will be prepared for performances at internal or public events if you wish to do so.
SingMates workplace choirs can happen after work, during lunch break or even as a paid activity during work hours where you merely provide the space and we take care of the rest.
Anyone who is interested is welcome: Employees, company owners, contractors. It allows staff to connect with people they might not be directly working with.
3 Months Pop-Up Choir
We help you set up and run a one-off SingMates workplace choir in your company or organization.
Over the course of 12 weeks workmates come together in a choir and learn a few songs to perform at an internal (or public) event, e.g. Xmas party, fundraising or promotion event.
A pop-up choir is also a great opportunity to test the waters and find out if SingMates is the right thing for you and your people.
Singing Based Team Building Workshops
Staff comes together for a few hours to take part in a fun SingMates workshop. It will usually involve learning a few short songs that have been specifically arranged for your needs.
Different formats are possible:
It could involve workplace teams that exist in the workplace forming a choir to improve collaboration, connecting together in a different way or
be of a more competitive nature where different workplace teams learn a song in an afternoon and then have a big sing-off at the end
All our programs are facilitated by singing teacher & choir leader Trix.
She will help you tailor SingMates to your needs and preferences. No matter what you pick, Trix will bring a contagious energy and enthusiasm to your SingMates experience. She will do her best to create an environment where people can trust each other, feel free to let go, can grow their skills and confidence, and find their own true voice within them.
